A memorable bus ride

Few days back, my family had been planning to visit Rishikesh for a long. At last, we readied to go so we all started packing. My mother and I cooked all the food items at home. Before going from home, we checked all the doors, lights, and fans, cooler so that it would not be left open. My father informed our neighbor also so that they can take care of our home in behind of us. My father locked the inside and main entry gate and then we caught an auto to the nearest bus depot, and finally we took a bus for Rishikesh. It was the morning time – 7:00 A.M; the weather was very good. The air was flowing very chilled; clouds looked so black, it seemed that rain might be come. It was great that the weather was so nice that day. We all took our seat in the bus; by chance, I got a window seat that I was also wishing. My mother sat nearby my seat and my other family members sat in just back of our seat in the same row. After two hours, we all felt hungry as we all did not eat anything at home, so my mother started to take out breakfast from the bag and distributed one by one to us. As my mother and I made the delicious foods for breakfast, we all were feeling nice while eating as food was very tasty. Oh! What was the greatest journey? I remember how we all were enjoying so much; I was taking snaps at some time of interval. On the way, I watched varieties of trees that were swaying with the strong wind. It seemed that all the trees were shaking hands with us and wishing us for a safe journey. I saw a lot of monkeys on the way that were busy with their own naughty activities. Wow! I noticed mountains had stared at that same time. I was very happy to see them as I wish for seeing them for a long and now my dream was fulfilled. After some time I saw river also that was flowing from one point to another. At last, we reached Rishikesh and took a room for one day there. Our room location was very nice as we could see Ganga River and mountains from the veranda of the room. We enjoyed so much there. At the next day, we readied to visit Neelkanth Temple, which is the famous temple of the God Shiva. Many pilgrims visit Neelkanth Temple every year for worship Shiva God; many of them visit there with one’s own feet and offer flowers, water, fruits, and honey to the Lord Shiva. At last, we returned after worshiping Lord Shiva by a taxi. After that we took a lunch there and started preparing ourselves to return home. The journey was great and memorable; I would also want to go next time as it is my favorite place to go.
