If I were late for a
crucial appointment, then foremost, I would inform the contact person before
reaching the situation so that contact person does not wait for me. I will give
the reason withal for why I will be late, if needed.
Secondly, after I
can reach, I’ll apologize to the person to whom I have to meet.
Thirdly, I will commence
my meeting work as short as possible so that no longer is wasted by me as
already contact person will be waiting for me for hours.
I will prepare
myself in keeping with things. I will keep my patience to handle any state of
affairs because it could also be, the client is irate by waiting.
