This story is about of
an employer and a security guard. Some employees were working in a company. One
of those employees gave the greeting daily to the security guard, who sat at
the outside gate, at the time of coming and leaving the company. That person
never forgot to give greeting to the security guard. But, one day, the security
guard, who got a daily greeting from that person, noticed that that person did
not come back from office. A security guard received a greeting at the time of coming
of that person, but not at the time of leaving so the security guard became sad
and then thought why that person had not come yet. All other people had
returned from that office except that person. Actually, that day the weather
was bad, light had gone, and that person had stuck in the lift and he was
helpless at that time. He was unable to thought of how he would come out from
the lift. A security guard was also waiting for that person outside. A security
guard was unable to understand that why he did not come. Suddenly, an idea got
clicked in security guard’s mind that he should inspect him in the office, it
could be possible that he was stuck somewhere in office premises. Then a
security guard went to the office with his torch and found the person locked in
the lift. When that person came outside with the help of security guard, then
he asked the security guard “How you knew about me that I was stuck in the
lift.” Then the security guard answered told him “You used to greet me two
times daily so when you had not come then I had understood that you are in
office but stuck in some problem.”
The conclusion of
the story is that we should pay attention to our surroundings and the people in
our life.
