A leader is the one who leads people. A leader has all the knowledge about a particular subject. The three most important characteristics of a leader are following:-

1. A leader follows their own rules and discipline first. Then, only leader tries to follow on other people.
2. A leader motivates people to do the things. A leader understands their people capability of doing things and give them work according to that. A leader makes the plan sheet for their people and make their people successful.
3. A leader gives some space also with their people, so they don’t fear by their leader. Because if fear is taking place, then it means people have no respect towards their leader. A leader should behaves like their friend, not like a boss or dictator. A successful leader always tries to lead people in a soft manner.
